He served as the Chief Digital Officer and CIO for the State of Rhode Island for more than 4 years, delivering modern digital transformation by reengineering legacy processes. Sridhar Iyengar, a serial entrepreneur, has started three companies that have revolutionized multiple industries. Sridhar’s current company, Elemental Machines, leverages AI, data science, and IoT technology to accelerate scientific processes across multiple industries such as biopharma, veterinary, energy, and food tech. Alex Lawrence currently serves as Chief of Staff for the City of Boston’s Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT). In this role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the City of Boston’s central IT organization. Alex works closely with the City's cabinet-level CIO, empowering a team of over 150 staff to build and maintain the technology tools that improve life for residents and keep the City running. Tacita Morway is the VP of Engineering at ActBlue, a nonprofit fundraising platform for Democratic campaigns, progressive organizations, and nonprofits that works to give voice to small-dollar donors. Tacita aims to cultivate environments that enable engineers to achieve their highest aspirations, fostering individual growth, and inviting engagement and ownership of the work they take on.
