[Online] One Hour at Bootcamp: Intro to Python

Tired of trying to take self-paced courses online? Then join us on Thursday\, April 16 from 1pm - 2pm ET for our first "One Hour at Bootcamp" event! During this initial session, Roberto Reif, Executive Director of Data Science here at Metis, will host a workshop introducing you to Python\, one of the world's most popular programming languages. This workshop, which requires no prior coding knowledge, aims to introduce beginner programmers to the fundamentals of Python. IMPORTANT: Please note we will be hosting our even via Zoom. About the Metis Instructor: Roberto is a scientist with a strong background in data analysis and image/signal processing. Roberto comes to Metis from Sensoria Inc., where he led the signal processing team. He has worked in applications in the healthcare, internet of things, and business intelligence markets. He received a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, and has co-authored several scientific publications, book chapters, and patents.
