Rebecca Stonebraker (she/her) is a Senior UX Designer at Optoro, a technology company based in Washington, DC. She reduces retail waste by designing intuitive workflow tools that improve how big retailers manage their customer returns. In addition to user research and product design, Rebecca specializes in design strategy where she works across the company to align many different stakeholders through workshop facilitation, service design, and storytelling.
