Lecture title: Manufacturing the Future of Biofabrication

Kamen’s talk will address the two grand challenges faced by nationwide partnership BioFabUSA: leveraging the promise of tissue engineering to meet the medical  needs of wounded soldiers, and helping to reinvigorate U.S. advanced manufacturing capability.

BioFabUSA was established to make practical the large-scale manufacturing of tissues and tissue-related technologies, for the benefit of existing industries and growing ones.
