About this event

Successfully interviewing people is not something you can learn by only reading books and articles, or getting expert advice. This is something that you can learn by practicing and receiving helpful feedback from others.

This 2-day workshop is an effective and fun way to learn interviewing techniques and practice them all with other people.

So, what’s inside?

This workshop is divided into 2 days, each workshop lasts 4 hours:

Day 1. Customer interview techniques (Sept 29, 10 AM - 2 PM EDT)

This day focuses on the three interviewing techniques:

By the end of the day, you’ll know how to invite people to share and talk, explore the context with flexibility and ease, and uncover people'\;s stories and insights.

Day 2. Building confidence (Oct 06, 10 AM - 2 PM EDT)

During the second day, you will learn how to:

Who is it for?

The workshop is designed for people with little or no experience with interviews. However, many experienced interviewers enjoyed the practice and feedback as well.

Product owners, CX specialists, researchers, UX/UI and service designers, marketers, employee experience leaders\, and other CX and UX-minded people or anyone who wants to conduct successful interviews with clients, users, employees, or anyone else.
